What it’s about?
If your flight was delayed or cancelled, you could be owed compensation—and it’s often more than you think. UK and EU laws (EC261/UK261) are designed to protect travellers like you, making sure airlines pay when your journey doesn’t go to plan. We’ll help you understand your rights, check if you qualify, and guide you through claiming what you’re entitled to—quickly.

Find out what you are owed
Airlines won’t pay you compensation automatically, even if you’re entitled to it. If your flight was delayed or cancelled, it’s up to you to make a claim. The good news? The law is on your side and sets clear rules to protect you when your journey doesn’t go as planned. Don’t miss out—take action to get what you’re owed.
TRAVEL CLAIM FAQ'S
What is a travel claim?
If your flight was delayed by 3+ hours or cancelled at short notice, UK/EU law says you could be owed compensation. We also help with other travel-related claims, such as missed connections or denied boarding. We make it easy to check if you qualify and handle the claim for you.
Do I qualify? What do I need?
You may qualify if your flight left from the UK/EU (or arrived on a UK/EU airline) and was delayed by 3+ hours, cancelled within 14 days of departure, or you were denied boarding.
- You’ll need: your flight number, flight date, and booking reference.
- For other travel claims, you might need details of your journey or booking.
- Where to find it: Your booking confirmation email, airline app, boarding pass, or text messages from the airline. Search your emails or texts for your airline’s name. If you use their app, your booking details should be there too. We’ll guide you if you get stuck.
How much will I get?
Compensation for flight issues is usually between £220 and £520 per passenger. Other travel claims vary depending on your situation and travel provider.
How long does it take?
Most claims are settled within a few weeks, but some can take longer if the airline or travel provider asks for more details or disputes the claim.
